We are updating this year floor plans well so we’re hoping for a bigger better swap! Our last swap drew over 500 attendees and we were sold out of vendor spots.

Food and drinks will available for purchase during the day, the union hall as a small cafeteria as well as plenty of up front parking.

• Our last swap drew over 500 attendees and we were sold out of vendor spots.
• We are changing this year floor plan so there are some changes to ensure everything runs even better than last year:
• Setup will begin Friday Oct. 17 after 6PM and run until 10P.
• Booths this year will be $300 for an 8×8 spot and $400 for a 10 foot wide spot, please note booths in row A are the only 10 foot deep locations, all others are 8 foot deep. Please keep this in mind as you pick your location to accommodate your tanks, stands and banners.
• There will be a $25 minimum donation, can be whatever you would like frag, coral, equipment etc.
• All tables will include admission for 2 people, any more will need to pay for admission.
• We will have mixed ESV Saltwater on hand again this year, water will be available on first come basis.
• Alcohol and tobacco use is prohibited indoors, there will be designated spots outside. The union hall has their own liquor license so please do not bring alcohol into the venue as it could jeopardize their license.
